The Power of Permission: Creating the Life You Deserve

A man jumping off a rock with the words

Believing in You Even When You Don’t Believe in Yourself

Every person has dreams, aspirations, and goals that tug at their heart, yet many of us hesitate to act on them.

STOP BEFORE READING FURTHER: I know we all here alot of what I am sharing down below as you read further, but we still don't achieve the thing's we want ? "BECAUSE OF OUR INNER BELIEFS AND SELF DOUBTS". I can only tell you this because of my own situations through life's challenges that I ask you to "TRUST" and "BELIEVE".

The power of prayer and the Holy Bible is all you really need along with support to give you the true blessings of all you desire in this life.

Why? Fear, insecurity, lack of knowledge, and a deep-seated doubt hold us back. I want to tell you something powerful: You already have permission to be and do whatever you want to create the life you deserve. You don’t need anyone’s approval. Your dreams are valid, and your journey starts exactly where you are.

In this newsletter, we’ll explore specific steps you can take to move toward your goals and how to embrace the mindset and actions that lead to daily successes.

I write this today on January 1, 2025 in hopes that I can make an impact on several lives this year and support as many people who are struggling to break thru the glass ceiling we create for ourselves.

Life’s journey is much like driving a car, piloting a boat, or steering any decision: It begins with knowing where you are and where you want to go.

Let’s map out that route together.

Step 1: Silence the Noise and Reflect

To create the life you deserve, you must start by sitting in silence and giving yourself the space to dream. Turn off the distractions—your phone, the TV, the endless noise of the world—and ask yourself these questions:

  • Physical: What kind of health do I want to have? How do I want to feel in my body every day?
  • Financial: What does financial freedom look like to me? How much do I need to earn or save to live the life I envision?
  • Relationships: What kind of relationships bring me joy and fulfillment? How can I show up better for the people I care about?
  • Spiritual: What connects me to a higher purpose or deeper meaning? How can I cultivate peace and gratitude?
  • Service: How do I want to serve others? What impact do I want to leave on the world?

Action Step: Write down your answers. These aren’t just dreams—they’re the coordinates for your journey.

Step 2: Start Where You Are

It’s tempting to think you need to wait for the “right” time, more resources, or better skills. The truth is, the perfect time will never come.

Start with what you have. If you want to:

  • Improve Your Health: Begin with a 10-minute walk each day. Swap one unhealthy snack for a nutritious one.
  • Build Wealth: Open a savings account, even if you can only deposit $10. Track your spending to understand where your money is going.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Call someone you care about. Listen—truly listen—to their concerns and joys.
  • Grow Spiritually: Spend five minutes in meditation or prayer each morning. Read a book that inspires you.
  • Make an Impact: Volunteer for a cause you care about, even if it’s just an hour a month.

Action Step: Create a checklist for each area of life. Add arrows or icons to highlight key priorities, and check off progress as you go.

Step 3: Create Daily Success Habits

Your big dreams can feel overwhelming, but breaking them into daily habits makes them achievable. Here’s how:

  1. Set Micro-Goals: Define what success looks like today, this week, and this month. For example:
  2. Track Your Progress: Use a journal, app, or planner to document your wins, no matter how small. Seeing your progress builds momentum.
  3. Celebrate Successes: Reward yourself for achieving milestones. Treat yourself to something meaningful, whether it’s a special meal, time with loved ones, or a relaxing break.
  4. Learn From Failure: Not every day will go as planned. When you stumble, reflect on what went wrong and adjust. Failure isn’t the opposite of success; it’s part of the journey.

Step 4: Build Your Authority Online

Why start building your brand on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and others?

Because these platforms can:

  • Escalate Your Authority: Share your expertise and insights to position yourself as a leader in your field.
  • Expand Your Reach: Connect with a global audience who resonates with your message.
  • Create Opportunities: Attract collaborations, clients, and partnerships.

Action Step: Choose one platform to start with. Focus on consistent posting, engaging with your audience, and sharing valuable content. Use arrows and check marks in your planning to identify what works and adjust strategies.

Step 5: Overcome Fear and Insecurity

Fear and insecurity are like chains holding you back. To break free:

  • Reframe Your Mindset: Instead of focusing on what could go wrong, visualize what could go right. Affirmations like “I am capable” and “I deserve success” can help rewire your thoughts.
  • Seek Knowledge: What you don’t know can feel intimidating. Commit to learning—take courses, read books, or connect with mentors who’ve walked the path you aspire to.
  • Build Confidence Through Action: Confidence doesn’t come before action; it comes as a result of it. Each step forward, no matter how small, boosts your self-belief.
